Error Inviting a User

If you see the following message when attempting to invite a user, please get in touch:

Error message which reads "Please contact help@glean.co" to discuss adding this user".

Don't worry - this message does not mean you have used up all of the seats in your Glean account.

It is likely because the user you want to invite has already created a Glean account with that email address. 
They may have set up a free trial, for example.

What happens next?

Please get in touch, stating the email address of the user you want to invite.

Our friendly support team can check why you are seeing this message. 

If the user already has a Glean account, they can be manually added to your account as long as we have the user's permission.
