Support Hours

The Glean Team is based in the UK. You can contact us by email on support@glean.co

Our official Support Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. 

I'm not in the UK so what time is that?

  1. EST - Five hours behind (4AM-1PM)
  2. CST - Six hours behind (3AM-12PM)
  3. MST - Seven hours behind (2AM-11AM)
  4. PST - Eight hours behind (1AM-10AM)
  5. AKST - Nine hours behind (12AM-9AM)
  6. HST - Ten hours behind (11PM-8AM)

If you need to discuss your Glean account, please email us from the specific email address registered to your Glean account (you can find this from your Invite email, or any other emails that we have sent to you).

If you're waiting for an order to be processed, these will usually be completed the following working day.

Tip - Our technical support team work flexible hours, so you'll often get a response outside of these times if you email support@glean.co
Canadian Customers - If you have placed an order through our Canadian Portal, please allow 1 working day for your Glean account to be updated. Your account is set up by a real person, it's not automated from the moment your order goes through. If you need help then contact us at support@glean.co

Help Centre

We know that you might be busy Gleaning when we’re not around to help.

That’s when our online Help Centre comes into play. It’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year (366 each leap year!).
