How do I reset my password?
Forgotten your password?
It happens to the best of us!
Just follow the steps below to reset it:
- Click the Forgotten Password link on the Glean Sign In page (see below).
- Enter your email address in the Email box. Make sure to type your email address carefully!
- Click Submit.
- You'll receive a password reset email - just click the link to reset your password.
Important - Once you get your reset email you only have 20 minutes to click the link and create your new password.
Tip - If you are automatically signed into your Glean account, and want to change your password just click the account icon in the top right and sign out - you'll then be able to select Forgotten Password.
