Info - Annual Licences are manually processed by a member of our team. So it can take up to 1 business day before you'll have this applied to your Glean account.
If you already have your free trial account set-up, your College or University can send you an invitation to join their managed account. You will receive an email from us about moving your account. Click the link in that email and agree to have your account moved.
Moving your account will now mean that your organisation will be able to manage your access to Glean. They will not be able to view any of the content that you have created, they will only be able to see some data around when you use Glean, and they will have the ability to set an expiry date for your account. If you have any questions about this then you should speak to your Organisation Admin or contact us on email@example.com
