Tips on converting your slides into PDF

If your slides are in something other than a PowerPoint or PDF format then converting them to PDF will allow you to upload them into Glean. Most of the different slide applications will have their own options to Export or SaveAs a PDF format.

Glean also has a file size limit is 200MB. This should be sufficient to upload most files.

Tip - If you have a PowerPoint file over 200MB then it's usually caused by having lots of high-res images bloating the file size. Converting the file to a PDF will usually bring the file well within the size limitations. If you need any further help with this, then please contact us on support@glean.co

Microsoft Powerpoint:

You can import Powerpoint files direct into Glean, but you'll need an internet connection. If you're offline then you can use Powerpoint itself to save as a PDF and import that (without needing to be online)
