A User has a technical problem

For technical issues it is best to contact our support team on support@glean.co

The support team have access to lots of technical resources to help troubleshoot what's happening, and quickly get things up and working again.

It's usually quicker for the user to contact us direct as we might need more information to help them (screenshots, system info etc). But if you contact us on their behalf make sure to let us know who the user is, so that we can look through the logs and find out what's happening.

Important - We take the protection of you and your user's data seriously. We will only discuss your Organisation account and your users, with people allocated the Admin role on your account or with the student themselves.
