Adding Glean as a trusted site
Have you been shown an error message in Glean about your Security Settings?
A security setting in your browser can interfere with components on your computer that Glean needs to access. The first thing to do is to make sure that you have the very latest version of your browser; this will resolve the issue for most users.

If you're still having problems, after updating your browser, then you can add Glean as a trusted site:
If you are on Chrome then please contact our support team on support@glean.co for help with the error.
For Edge:
- Open Edge
- Go to: edge://settings/privacy/secureModeExceptions
- Click 'Add a site'
- Add: https://app.glean.co/
- Restart Edge
