Removing access to a Shared Collection
You can control exactly what your users have access to. You can add and remove Notetakers as well as Note Recipients, and delete the entire Shared Collection.

Removing a Notetaker
Click the three dots to the left of the Event and select Edit Shared Collection
- Expand the Notetaker section
- Untick the Notetaker that you want to remove
What happens next?
- For the Notetaker, they will keep all their Glean content on their Glean account. But they will no longer have access to the Shared Collection to upload new content.
- For the Note Recipients, they will no longer see any of the Notetaker's Events in the Shared Collection. They will however keep all Events that they have previously copied onto their own Glean account.
Removing a Note Recipient
Click the three dots to the left of the Event and select Edit Shared Collection
- Expand the Recipients section
- Untick the Recipients that you want to remove
What happens next?
- For the Note Recipients, they will no longer have access to the Shared Collection. They will however keep all Events that they have previously copied onto their own Glean account.
- For the Notetaker, they will not see any difference. Users cannot see anyone else who has access to the Collection
Deleting a Shared Collection
Click the three dots to the left of the Event and select Delete Shared Collection
- Select Delete Shared Collection
What happens next?
- For the Note Recipients, they will no longer have access to the Shared Collection. They will however keep all Events that they have previously copied onto their own Glean account.
- For the Notetaker, they will keep all their Glean content on their Glean account. But they will no longer have access to the Shared Collection to upload new content.
