Who to contact for help?

If you need help with the Admin portal or one of your users needs assistance then please contact the support team at support@glean.co

You can give out the support@glean.co address so that your users can contact us direct, if required.


Inviting Users - What Email address to use for the account?

It's important that the user's account is set up with the correct email address. If the funding application has been completed with a parent's or guardian's details then you should confirm which email address is needed for the account, before sending your invitation.

If you have sent your invitation to the wrong email address, then you will have to contact support@glean.co to remove the entry.


A User has already tried the free trial

Users who have already tried our Glean trail can be freely invited to use Glean. They receive a slightly different invite email that allows them to switch across to your organisation account.


A User has a personal Glean subscription

If a User has a personal account, then you will not be able to invite them. You will see an error message when sending your invitation.

You will have to contact support@glean.co with the name and email address of the person that you're trying to add. We can then advise on the steps needed to get the user onto your account. We will usually need an email from the user confirming that they are happy to be moved but we will confirm this when you contact our support team.

Important - When contacting our support team please make sure that you are an Admin on your organisation Glean account and that you are emailing us from the correct address used for your Glean Admin account.

A User already has access through their College or University

If a User already has an account through another institution, then you will not be able to invite them. You will see an error message when sending your invitation.

You will have to contact support@glean.co with the name and email address of the person that you're trying to add. We can then advise on the steps needed to get the user onto your account. We will usually need an email from the user confirming that they are happy to be moved but we will confirm this when you contact our support team.
