Using a Licence Key
If you're getting access to Glean through your University or College then you'll receive an invite email to set up your Glean account.
If you're getting access to Glean through one of our distributers (eg: DSA, Access to work etc) then you could be sent a Licence Key. Licence Keys can be redeemed at http://app.glean.co/redeem
What does a Glean licence look like?
Your Licence will begin with the letters, DSA, ATE or NAN plus a single digit, and then four groups of letter and numbers.
For Example:
DSA4-1234-ABCD-5678-EFGH
How to redeem my Licence
Important - if you already have a Glean account make sure to use the exact email address you use so that your Licence is applied to the correct account.
If you have never used Glean before.
If you use the weblink then you'll skip the first step and go straight to entering the email address you want to use for your account.
- Go to app.glean.co/redeem and enter your licence key
- Enter your email address
- Click the "Sign up with email" button
- Add your name and choose a password
- Click Next
- Find the verification email in your inbox
- Enter the 6 digit code into Glean
If you already have a Glean account.

Info - If you're already signed into Glean, then you can click the account icon in the top right, select Plan Details and then 'Redeem a licence key'.
- Go to app.glean.co/redeem and enter your licence key
- Select 'Go to Glean'
