Glean Trial Access Troubleshooting

If you have requested access to Glean through the website, but have not received a message to confirm your email, do the following: 

  • Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
  • Search for an email with the title “Confirm your email”.
  • Wait five minutes for the email to arrive.

If you are still unable to locate the message, contact us via the Get in Touch tab.

If you see the message 'A user with this email is already registered'

  • Search for an email with the title 'Confirm your email'
    • If found, follow the step in the email
  • Check you haven't already registered for Glean with this email address

If you are still unable to locate the message, or gain access, contact us via the Get in Touch tab.

If you see the page 'This invitation link has been used or has expired'

Please contact us via the Get in Touch tab.
