Getting Invited to use Glean

Your chosen Equipment Supplier will invite you to use Glean - we cannot help you with your account until this has been done.

You will then receive an email from us (hello@glean.co) inviting you to use Glean. Simply click the link in the invitation to set up your Glean account.

If you haven't received your invitation then you should first contact your equipment supplier to make sure that the invitation has been sent. If the invite has been sent then you can contact us at support@glean.co if you still need help.

N.B. The Invitation email can only be used to set up your account. Once you have done this you will need to go to https://app.glean.co/ to sign into your account; you cannot use the invitation as a shortcut to Glean.
