Problems inviting a user
If you see an error message when inviting a user it is usually because the user already has a Glean account. Either...

- The user has got an expired account with your organisation - Tick the 'Show Expired' check box at the top of your dashboard. If the user is listed then you can reactivate their access using the Action Menu

- The user has their own personal account, or is with another Organisation - Email us at support@glean.co with the details of the user you are trying to invite and we can check out what's happening.
