Problems inviting a user

If you see an error message when inviting a user it is usually because the user already has a Glean account. Either...

The user has got an expired account with your organisation - Tick the 'Show Expired' check box at the top of your dashboard and check both the Users and Invites tab. If the user is listed then you can reactivate their access using the Action Menu

The user has their own personal account, or is with another Organisation - Email us at support@glean.co with the details of the user you are trying to invite and we can check out what's happening.
